jevyra provides shipping options designed to offer customers flexibility and convenience when purchasing our jewelry products.
Our current shipping rates are:
Expedited Shipping: $8.99
Free Shipping: Available for orders totaling $49.00 or more.
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00.
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Orders that qualify for Free Shipping must meet the $49.00 minimum order requirement based on the applicable checkout total.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including recipient name, address, apartment or unit information, city, state, postal code, and other required delivery details.
Incorrect shipping information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional shipping arrangements. jevyra is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
Expedited Shipping provides a faster shipping option where available. Selecting expedited shipping does not necessarily mean the order will ship immediately, as processing time may still be required before shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided as general guidance and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, transportation delays, high order volumes, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided when available. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive packages when necessary.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should check delivery areas, household members, neighbors, and carrier information before contacting us.
